All text responses are categorized in three ways:

1. With an emotion
2. With a Sentiment
3. With a Spam / Not Spam designation

The emotion categorization attempts to categorize each response by its most likely intended state, including Anger, Sadness, Disgust, Happiness, Fear, Suggestions, and 'Meh'.

Sentiment categorization attempts to classify each response as Positive, Negative, or Neutral.

Spam categorization attempts to classify each response as Spam or Not Spam.
