Marketing Specialist — Part Time
We are looking for a proactive and organized Content Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll support the execution of our marketing strategies, coordinate various marketing projects, and ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Coordinate production of social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring content is timely and strategically aligned

Support Specialist — Part Time

Videographer — Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, training modules, support materials, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand content needs and deliver solutions that drive engagement
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and social media
What You Need:
- Basic proficiency (or willingness to learn) in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Data Analyst — Part Time

Sales & Business Development Intern — Part Time
Are you competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to prove yourself? Pulse For Good is looking for 2–3 driven individuals to join our team as Sales Development Interns. You'll own outbound outreach to nonprofits and human services organizations — setting qualified appointments, building real sales skills, and earning based on results. No experience required, but effort is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential nonprofit and human services customers
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Set qualified sales appointments for our leadership team
- Track activity and results consistently in our CRM
- Learn the Pulse platform and communicate its value clearly
Compensation:
- $10/hour base pay
- $100 per qualified appointment set
- Month 1: 2 appointments · Month 2: 4 · Month 3+: 5+
Product Systems & Enablement Specialist — Part Time
Do you obsess over the details? Are you the person who notices when something technically "works" but isn't actually right? Pulse For Good needs a Product Systems & Enablement Specialist to deeply learn our platform, verify it behaves as intended, document how it works, and train customers and teammates to use it well. You'll be the person everyone turns to with the question: "How is this supposed to work?"
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep, precise knowledge of how the Pulse platform is designed to function
- QA the system to confirm features work as intended — not just that they "work"
- Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and opportunities to improve system behavior
- Create and maintain clear internal and customer-facing documentation
- Train customers through live calls, video sessions, and recorded walkthroughs
- Partner with our product and development team to surface gaps and clarify intent
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — comfortable being a little obsessive about correctness
- Strong communicator who can explain complex systems simply and clearly
- Background in Information Systems, UX, Instructional Design, or Technical Communication (flexible)
- Comfortable on live calls and video; confident saying "this isn't right" when it isn't
Operations & Executive Coordinator — Part Time
Pulse For Good's three co-founders are moving fast across sales, product, and growth — and we need someone to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. The Operations & Executive Coordinator keeps our team organized, projects moving, and priorities visible. If you're someone who naturally brings order to chaos and takes pride in being the most organized person in the room, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage ongoing projects across departments on behalf of the leadership team
- Own follow-up from meetings — ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and summarize action items
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for founders
- Build and maintain internal processes, SOPs, and documentation
- Support HR admin tasks including onboarding coordination and records management
- Serve as the connective tissue between leadership priorities and execution
What We're Looking For:
- Highly organized — you build systems naturally and maintain them
- Proactive communicator who surfaces blockers before they become problems
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive business information
- Experienced with Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools (a plus)
- Background in Business, Operations, or Communications preferred
AI Integration Specialist — Part Time
Are you the person who has already tried every AI tool on the market and has opinions about all of them? Pulse For Good is looking for an AI Integration Specialist to identify where AI can add the most value across our operations, build and implement practical solutions, and help our team actually use these tools well. This is a builder role — we want someone who moves from idea to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit workflows and identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools for sales, operations, and customer success
- Build automations using platforms like Claude API, OpenAI, Zapier, or Make.com
- Develop prompt workflows for internal use cases and data insights
- Document all AI tools and workflows in use and train team members
- Stay current on AI developments relevant to SaaS and the nonprofit sector
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Comfort with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar)
- Self-directed and curious — you explore new tools without being told to
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science preferred
AI Solutions Sales Representative — Part Time
Excited about AI and want to sell it? We're looking for an AI Solutions Sales Representative to help mission-driven organizations discover how AI can transform how they operate. You'll reach out to nonprofits and social enterprises, have honest conversations about their challenges, and show them what modern AI tools can do for their teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to nonprofit and social-sector organizations via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Communicate the value of AI tools to non-technical decision-makers
- Set qualified discovery calls for our leadership team
- Maintain CRM records and report on outreach activity weekly
- Stay current on AI trends to speak credibly with potential clients
- Collaborate with delivery team to accurately scope and describe our services
