Marketing Specialist — Part Time
We are looking for a proactive and organized Content Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll support the execution of our marketing strategies, coordinate various marketing projects, and ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Coordinate production of social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring content is timely and strategically aligned
- Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
Support Specialist — Part Time
Are you a master of organization, a wizard of workflow, and a champion of customer satisfaction? We're looking for a Support Specialist to ensure our hardware sings and our customers are over the moon with joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Heroics: Keep our gear moving, from shipping to receiving, and everything in between
- Onboarding Wizardry: Help new clients feel at home from the get-go
- Survey Sorcery: Craft and tweak surveys to perfection
- Kiosk Keeper: Watch over our kiosks like a hawk, ensuring they're always ready to go
- Customer Champion: Solve problems and debug with a smile, keeping satisfaction sky-high
- Tech Tamer: Manage devices and dispatch replacements without breaking a sweat
Hours:
- Between 10 AM - 3 PM daily
Videographer — Part Time
Are you passionate about creating compelling videos that educate, engage, and inspire? Dive into the heart of impactful work where your creative skills help support and improve the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, training modules, support materials, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand content needs and deliver solutions that drive engagement
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and social media
What You Need:
- Basic proficiency (or willingness to learn) in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Data Analyst — Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights

- Embrace continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest in data analysis methodologies
What You Need:
- Basic proficiency (or willingness to learn) in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Canva
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into understandable insights
