Prioritization: The staff member issue is likely highest priority despite fewer mentions—it's specific, actionable, and affects client experience directly. Food quality is high impact but may be harder to address (vendors, budget). Extended hours requires significant resources. Start with the staff conversation, plan a food quality review, and table the hours discussion.
Pick 2-3 priorities per review cycle. Doing a few things well beats doing many things poorly. You can always address more issues in the next cycle.
Not all actions are the same. Understanding the different types helps you match the right response to each situation.
Simple changes that can be implemented immediately with minimal resources or approval. These are your "just do it" improvements.
