You don't need to use all five methods every time. Pick 1-2 that match your current questions. Simple analysis done consistently beats sophisticated analysis done rarely.

Finding the Signal in the Noise

Prioritization: The staff member issue is likely highest priority despite fewer mentions—it's specific, actionable, and affects client experience directly. Food quality is high impact but may be harder to address (vendors, budget). Extended hours requires significant resources. Start with the staff conversation, plan a food quality review, and table the hours discussion.

Don't Try to Do Everything

Pick 2-3 priorities per review cycle. Doing a few things well beats doing many things poorly. You can always address more issues in the next cycle.

Three Types of Action
